PlanSched ("we", "us", "our") operates plansched.com and provides social media scheduling and analytics tools. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash.
• Social account tokens: OAuth access/refresh tokens for connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest). Stored encrypted.
• Content: posts, captions, media you upload to schedule or publish.
• Analytics: post performance metrics returned by platform APIs.
• Usage data: IP, browser, pages visited, for security and product improvement.

2. How we use it

• Publish, schedule, and analyze posts on your connected accounts.
• Provide AI caption assistance and content recommendations.
• Send transactional emails (billing, security, product updates).
• Detect abuse and comply with legal obligations.

3. Meta Platform Data

When you connect Facebook, Instagram, or Threads, we access only the scopes you authorize (pages_manage_posts, instagram_content_publish, etc.). We do not sell Meta platform data. You can disconnect any account from Settings → Accounts at any time, which revokes tokens and deletes stored platform data within 30 days.

4. Data sharing

We share data only with: (a) infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email); (b) social platforms you connect; (c) law enforcement when legally required. We never sell your data.

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. Delete your account from Settings to remove all personal data within 30 days. Email privacy@plansched.com for a manual deletion request.

6. Security

Tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). All traffic uses TLS. Row-level security isolates workspace data.
